Final Environmental Review for AC-2024-005
New Construction of Homesite Project
The Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas issued a Notice of Availability for the Draft Environmental
Review for AC-2024-005- New Construction of Homesite Project on September 11, 2024. The 30-day
comment period for the proposed project ended on October 11, 2024, at 5:00 PM. No comments were
received during this period.
It has been determined that the proposed action will not significantly impact the quality of the human
environment; therefore, the proposed project may proceed.
Pursuant to the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations, in accordance with the National
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and under the Alabama-Coushatta Environmental Review
Ordinance, this Final EA serves as a concise public document that provides evidence and analysis for
the decision of Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is appropriate.
Upon request, the final Environmental Review is available at the Alabama-Coushatta Tribal
Environmental Office.
